methoxacet C 1/8?

anybody ever heard of methoxacet C 1/8? It has; 325mg Acetaminophen, 400mg Methocarbamol (medicinal ingriedient of robaxacet), and 8mg Codeine. Swim has been using the CWE method using "mersyndol" pills (same ingridients minus the methocarbamol) that you buy over the counter (you have to ask for them) but the other day when swim asked for mersyndol, the pharmacist gave him "methoxacet C 1/8" saying it was the same. Well now swim wants to know if the CWE will work with these pills or if the methocarbamol will present any difficulties/complications?
