Smoking - how long in between?

How long do you usually go in between smoking? swim read somewhere that it Takes 6 weeks for the endorphines to build back up, but lately has wanted to participate more often. May be time to quit for a while.

Not sure but swim was told to wait 20 min between each hit. Other wise the hit won't do anything.

And swiy wants to smoke more ? Thats what it does to everyone, Don't let it take over swiy life !!!

Yaba i think you missed the point, when he said six weeks and mentioned endorphins im pretty sure he was talking about in between sessions....

SWIjupiter should base it on himself, everyone can react different depending on potentiality to addiction, previous depression problems, etc.
SWIM has always known he was getting too close to getting addicted when he wasnt only wanting to do it all the time but getting pissed when he wasnt doing it
