Combinations - How long must you wait to start tramadol?

Hi. After taking zoloft for a few months, Swim is wondering how long he must wait, after his last zoloft pill, before starting on tramadol without risk of serotonin syndrome.

14 days swim thinks, even his doctor has given him tramadol while he was on venlafaxine ??

Just UTFSE (use search engine) am sure someone with a better knowledge would have answered that before.

lol unknowingly swim once dosed 600 MG of tram while on 40mg celexa for 7 months...

No ill effects 2 speak of...

lol swim shoulda read his paper the pharmacy gave him better... thank god nothing happened.

swim has been scribed high doses of both at the same time for many years & never had a problem, nor was swim informed by doc that it could be a problem, you can't trust em to know their backsides from their elbows, only later did swim find it was a very dodgy combo.
