Piracetam/Choline/B Complex Anxeity Withdrawl

SWIM just had an experience which kept them awake a long long time after their bed time and stopped by the emergency room as a result.

The piracetam dose of approximately 5-9 grams per day had been reached and sustained for a good week with B vitamin complex and Choline Bitartrate. Coming down abruptly lead to severe anxiety attacks. SWIM tried to correct this by redosing piracetam in small quantities and overdosing on choline supplements.

SWIM says it didn't work. SWIM is wondering if too much Choline can lead to an anxiety attack?

In any event... SWIM is now on SSRI's... and plans to terminate thier usage very shortly. SWIM is looking for any insights SWIY might be able to provide.

In any event... the severe anxiety was followed by paranoid delusions (non-visual hallucinations), fear, panic, ect...

Additionally very strange sensations could be felt in the brain. Nearly the equivalent to "pins and needles" only on the top of the cerebral cortex. Perhaps it was blood thickening or oxygenating? Vice Versa? It was definitely a real sensation.

Was it the extra dosing on Choline which caused it? Or just abrupt termination? Perhaps it was just a bad overall reaction after steady usage for a few weeks?

snickers added 2 Minutes and 9 Seconds later...

Oh... And memory was severely impaired. Time was no longer something which could be pulled from the short term memory. SWIM simply could not remember the day, time, or length of time which had been spent on certain recent tasks. SWIY?

Re: Piracetam/Choline/B Complex Anxeity Withdrawl

How much choline did SWIY take (in the normal daily stack and in the so called "overdose") ? And what were the exact contents of the B vitamin complex (and daily dosage..) ? How long exactly has SWIY been using piracetam and has he been using any other drugs/pharmaceuticals ?

Has SWIY experienced any CEVs when trying to go to sleep ? (experienced when acetylcholine levels are too high)

Did SWIY have any anxiety problems prior to piracetam/choline supplement use ?

Re: Piracetam/Choline/B Complex Anxeity Withdrawl

SWIM esitmates about a three week usage of piracetam. The first week 1-2 grams daily... followed by a 2-3 day break... then another week with doses steadily increasing from 2-3 grams daily to as high as 9 grams daily... b vitamin complex was taken once a day... twice a day maximum... choline was taken at the same rate 500mg... until withdrawl when they were eaten a little bit more 4 maybe 5 times a day over the period of a day or two.

B complex = B1 50mg,B2 50mg,B3 50mg,B6 50mg,B12 50mcg.

SWIM has never experienced such a bad anxiety attack with the exception of an LSD / Marijuana trip... SWIM has been able to hold his own in the past with intense highs such as DMT... This piracetam withdrawl experience was purely an overload of paranoid thoughts.

SWIM doesn't know what CEV's are... but suspects the choline dosing, which was used in hopes to rid SWIM's pins and needle sensations in his brain, might have been replenishing the neurotransmitters, when really SWIM might have wanted to "burn out" and go to sleep... is this a correct overview?

Also... SWIM's anxiety trip with LSD/Marijuana was over 10-15 years ago. This anxiety trip was equal in comparison minus the visual hallucinations... Although... there were certainly hallucinations... just not of the trippy out of existence type... more like... the pictures of dead people are talking to me and I can see thier lips moving... and maybe SWIM should listen to what they are saying...

In any event... SWIM wants to know what the pins and needles sensation is technically called. It must be something... SWIM has read that SSRI's can cause brain shivers... SWIM knows what "brain shivers" are, or at the very least suspects this effect has been experienced in the past with other chemical imbalances (SWIM doesn't know what a shiver represents). What is the pins and needles all about?
