How to write a motion for a speedy trial/request discovery?

Ok so i have been charged with cultivation of marijuana and waiting for a court appointed attorney,my arraignment is not for another month and i currently out on bail, this means the cops are free to search my home whenever they want, drug test me whenever they want and generally just annoy the piss out of me for there own sick entertainment.

Can somebody with US legal experience write up a motion to move my arraignment to a sooner date? Also i need to get copy's of the police report/court docs but they claim i cant get them until my arraignment how would i do this?

just because you're out on bail, they cannot just come into a citizens home and search or test you for substances. your right to a speedy trial means not in a few days but in less than a year.

They can when your bail paperwork state "submit to random search of person/residence" its a general conditoin in my state whenever anyones on bail.

I understand that right to a speedy trial means less then a year but you can petition the court to move your araignment ahead and they useally will do it if they have room in ther schedual.
