What is a Meltdown?

After reading this artical, I'm curious as to what a Meltdown is.



It might be something I already know, just different terminology.

I think it is one of those roll tricks, like empire state building or falling through the floor, everyone has their own little tricks.

How do you create a ball of energy between your hands? I'm rolling on
the 10th at a Rave, so an answer before then would be appreciated...I

I'll try explainthe ball of energy one.You cup your hands together and push themoutwards a few inches while your friend pushes them inwards,make sureto keep your hands apart. The harder you push out and the harder your mate pushes in the stronger the energy will feelwhen he lets go, make sure you both apply pressure for about 30secondsand don't pull your hands apart too far. Afterwards you should feel a ball of energy between your hands if not, they might shoot outwards can't quite remember asI haven't been able to do itrecently my arm is fucked
