Drug info - H/coke/mdma

Swim's dog just found out that an amigo of his has been buying a powder that is H/coke/mdma- exactly 1/3 each. this is marketed as a cocktail and is apparently popular in the area. swim would never consider the use of this concoction. but is there anything documented about this cocktail? I can't find anything. It's got to be awful considering it's essentially a speedball. luckily swims friend is only tooting it. it also claims its'better than anything else he's had'

um swim says ur mixing two powerful stimulants with a downer so its OBV dangerous right there. also 1/3 each isnt really realistic. heroins doseage is so much smaller it would overpower the other two. like 100mg heroin 100mg cocaine 100mg mdma. ud be fine with 100mg blow and molly, 100mg heroin would kill you. even if its one dose h to one dose coke to one dose x id sy its sorta not wiorth it. its probably insanely expensive, u have no idea of knowing if this is what it really is, its a very dangerous combo w/o much reward.

The coke/heroin combo (a speedball) is already infamous for its deadliness. SWIM cannot image adding a third drug to the mix! Still, there are always those who love to tempt death.

Agreed. Swim also thinks that there is more proportional varience to it. the odd thing is that it is not very expensive.

Seems pretty pointless having them premixed and like others said if it really were a 1:1:1 ratio then they would pass out from the H with no effect from the other too. SWIM has combined all 3 before however. The first and only time he has ever tried H (smoked in spliffs) SWIM first smoked crack (also for the first time) did a few bombs of MD and a few lines of coke and ketamine, then smoked the H when the crack ran out. SWIM reported that it was quite a good combo but also that he didn't find H, or crack all that amazing. SWIM says fentanyl is loads better than H.

stuff is in swims area too. seems legit and sure gets swiy high. Swim has never done it but seen people do it. About the dosage thing, its obvously never gonna be pure h. And 100mg would really probably be around 10mg of actual stuff. The mdma swim has been told is molly(pure stuff) and the dealler will probably just eye an equal amount of coke... if he adds itat all. Remember a swimmer can never be 100% sure what they arte getting. Unless you wanna do some legit tests.. H-NMR or infared spec. But most poeple don't have access to this kind of machenery. Be safe!

There is a problem with this. Only way they could all be taken really is b injecting and that would most certainly kill you

yea definatly not for injection. Some people parachute it with some tissue paper but mostly swim has seen people sniff it.

Right, no one swim knows is slamming it; just snuffing it. correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't parachuting it be wasting it since coke has a low oral consumption bioavailability? and also, doesn't diacytelmorphine just metabolize into morphine if consumed orally?

well heroin metabolizes to morphine anyway you use it. Diacetylmorphine doesn't actually have any narcotic effects the only advantage to using Heroin over morphine is that the acetyl groups allow the drug to pass through the Bloob brain barrier much more rapidly. Once it crosses the BBB it is rapidly converted to morphene which is what get's one high.

Also cocaine does have an oral bioavailability of about 30% which is around half that of sniffing. But swim does agree sniffing seems to be the only effective way to use this mixture, Again swim has never tried it in any routes of administration.
