Trapped Consciousness

Last night swim was trying to sleep on opiates and this always leads to swim having these weird sleep paralysis things but swim likes sleep paralysis so that part didn't bother him. What did bother him was this dream he had. He woke up from a kinda half sleep dream thing at 3 in the morning and what he remembers is playing this horrible game of pacman. He was playing pacman but he was suffering horribly for some reason. He knows he's been to this 2d hell before in the past. This has happened lots of times to swim only he doesn't usually remember it. Its something to do with going to sleep on opiates. He doesn't sleep properly but he has these torturous dreams.

Anyhow he realizes that his consciousness was trapped in this 2 dimensional stupor and he knows hes been there before. Salvia showed him a 2 dimensional hell which he had to think his way out of and once he did that it was like dying and going to heaven then salvia says to him "you thought your way outta the second dimension and into the 3rd dimension. Your gonna think your way out of the 3rd dimension and into the 4th dimension". Then swim broke into a fit of uncontrollable laughter at the fact that his whole life has just been a riddle which he's been thinking his way out of.

Anyhow this thought of trapped consciousness intrigues swim as well as terrifies him. Swim sees how he could easily end up in a limited existence and be stuck there because he doesn't know whats going on. For that reason swim thinks its very wise to become a cognizant and aware mind. First step swim thinks is provoking more lucid dreams. Swim notices that he can be stuck in some limited mindtrap of a dream until he realizes hes dreaming. Once he realizes its a dream hes suddenly set free from the self imposed limitations that had him trapped.

Its a scary thought yet it gives swim a glimpse of the wonders that await his consciousness after he dissolves the illusory bounderies of this 3 dimensional existence he occupies now. Swim concocted an analogy to describe trapped consciousness. The rampaging dog. When a dog gets cornered with nowhere to move he snaps and goes on a rampage. Same thing applies to consciousness. We may not remember being anywhere but in the corner but we KNOW there has to be more to existence so our consciousness rampages its way out of the corner. God thats a good analogy. Its explains it all.

EDIT: Swim says lets dedicate this thread to cognizance. Unlocking more hidden passages in our brains/minds so that if we ever find ourselves in these unaware stupors we'll have a better chance of thinking our way outta them.

Re: Trapped Consciousness

if swiy were to take 5-10mg of amphetamine 1-2 hours before any serious tripping, swiy will have no more trouble with astral traps ^_^
