Side effects - soar throat, jaw clenching and tounge chewing

Every time SWIM smokes meth, a few hours after smoking he gets jaw clenches, ends up chewing on his tounge (usually in one particular spot every time), and he gets a soar throat.
It started happening when swim got a little to into meth and started doing it often. THe more SWIM did meth, the worse side effects he'd get.

But he took like 5 months off and still gets those side effects.

All of that happens pretty much every time to SWIM

is there any remedies for those side effects?
or at least something that helps them a little bit?

SWIM hardly ever does meth but he'd like to avoid those side effects if at all possible when he does.
