Will They Drug Test Me?

On the 30th Swim is going to a doctor, for a hemorrhoid, Swim knows fucking sick. Swim is only 15 years old, and he doesn't have much experience with doctors, never been told of a drug test. Last time Swim pissed in a cup was just for a check up and supposedly checking cholesterol, he was like 10. Swim has never had a drug test, never suspected of using any type of drugs. Right now all swim is using is nicotine, or maybe some pot, and occasional drinking. Is is routine to check urine for drugs without request or reason? Swim doesn't want parents to know about smoking of dipping. Swim is grateful for responses.
