Ok SWIMS post was made almost pointless...

How is big of a dose 45mg of mirtazapine as a sleeping aid?

Sorry, SWIM was under the influence when he posted that. He was just checking if it would be OK to take 45mg as a sleeping aid. SWIM is a 5'7 11st male.
