Combinations - Tramadol(Ultram) and Cannabis - What the hell happened?

Just copied and pasted this from an erowid report SWIM just submitted and edited the SWIMs in, so sorry for the poor grammar.

SWIM had been taking this medicine(Ultram) for a chronic headache that SWIM has had for nearly 3 weeks and everything has been going fine.SWIM get a slight buzz from taking the prescribed amount but nothing too major. SWIM had been taking the medicine for about 4 days straight now.

So just yesterday SWIM tried smoking on it. SWIM was an everyday smoker for quite a while but hadn't smoked in weeks. SWIM took 100 mg of it at about 1:30 pm and lit up at about 4-4:30. SWIM and SWIMs friend light up a roach and SWIM get pretty high from it, nothing abnormal though.

After an hour or two of being high SWIM drive over to burger king to get some food. After SWIM eats it me and my friend smoke a blunt.

SWIM get very high from this blunt but it was kind of expected since SWIM hadn't smoked in a while so my resistance was low. It was bout 7:00 now(just a guess) so it has been several hours since SWIM took the pills. All was well until SWIM decided to get up to go to the bathroom.

SWIM decide to take a piss before we start up a game of Left 4 Dead. SWIM didn't really have to pee but SWIM felt like SWIM might as well get it out of the way. SWIM took a much longer piss then felt normal and thought it was odd that SWIM was peeing for that long of a time. After SWIM finished(SWIM just decided to stop peeing because it felt like forever,felt like SWIM could have kept going and going)SWIM started to get extremely lightheaded. SWIM started to lose balance and SWIMs vision started to black out, sort of like when you stand up too fast from sitting down for a long period of time. A very loud low pitch ring started in SWIMs ear and it kept getting stronger and stronger. SWIM also started to heavily sweat.

SWIM stumbled out of the bathroom and told SWIMs friend SWIM needed some water or something. SWIM get a drink but it doesn't seem to help anything. SWIMs friend says some things to SWIM but SWIM couldn't hear him. The ringing nearly completely deafened SWIM. SWIM tells him SWIM have to try and sleep so SWIM lays down for a while. SWIM checks SWIMs watch and it is about 7:30 at this time.

SWIM pretty much just lay down until 9:00, feeling very fucked up. SWIM was having and extremely trippy high and was just trying to calm down from it the whole time. The ringing in SWIMs ears gradually went away but was staying strong for quite a while. SWIM was basically high for the rest of the night but I was feeling a lot better after a while.

Not sure what the hell happened to SWIM but SWIM really don't want it to happen again. SWIM don't think SWIM want to take this medicine anymore along with smoke ever again.

Any feedback on what SWIM might have experienced would be greatly appreciated.
