Codeine dose

SWIM took about 65mg of codeine lastnight to make sure he wansn't allergic and he didn't feel anything really. He now has about 307mg but some will be lost in CWE. SWIM was wondering what a good dose would be to definetly feel the effects. Would it be safe to take it all? advice please
