another shot at Suboxone detox (connect fell through the first time)

This is SWIMs second topic he posted asking about quitting heroin with Suboxone.
Everyone that answered SWIMs question the first time, thanks so much. You guys answer questions no one else can or will, anywhere. No one in Phoenix, Arizona has the knowledge to help SWIM out.

But the first time SWIM was about to quit heroin with suboxone, his connection for it fell through.
Now SWIMs been smoking about .2 mg of black tar almost every day for about 4 months. Not to much, I know.
SWIM has aquired quite a few 8 mg suboxones.
What would be the quickest, easiest way to use these 8 mg suboxones to detox? A lot of friends have been telling SWIM that these pills will make it fairly easy. Thanks in advance for all the help. SWIM will let everyone know how it works out
