Help SWIM out
SWIM bought some "pimp grade" kratom crushed leaf. After taking about 3 teaspoons of the leaf, SWIM only notices mild effects. If SWIM takes as much power, effects are MUCH stronger.
Any idea what SWIM is doing wrong? |

Finally, please use more descriptive titles for your threads in the future. They should give some indication of what the thread is about. "Help SWIM out" doesn't say anything about the contents of your post. Something along the lines of "difference between kratom leaf and powder" would be a slightly better title. |

Re: Help SWIM out
SWIM suggests making tea from crushed leaf, it really is the best way to use it OR grind the leaf up into fine powder and take the regular dose.
As helikophis suggested there are many variables in Kratom potency so tell SWIY to keep testing. |

Re: Help SWIM out
SWIM suggests the toss and wash method. Simply put on a spoon the measured dose and chug down a bunch of water with it. The tea is also a great way but wastes a lot of material even if it is boiled more than one time.

Re: Help SWIM out
chew the crushed leaves if SWIY can gut it out. kratom appears to have a strong Bio availability bucally. (this may not be true, not enough science to this theory yet just annecdotes) Swim has found that it reduces nausea and increases the effects
