Does CWE Drive Out Caffeine Too?

Swim gave the CWE thing another shot but this time he went rambo on it and waited till ice formed on the top of the solution, filtered through 2 coffee filters, put it back in the freezer then filtered a second time. He was confident that there was very little acetaminophen left in the solution but funnily enough he didn't get any caffeine jitters this time. He doesn't think there was much caffeine at all in the solution this time. He's real relaxed right now and is feeling a little sick which are both common opiate effects for swim so he doesn't think he overdid it he thinks the codeine was all in there.

Does this make sense? Is caffeine insoluble in near freezing water?
