Mixing Diphenhydramine With Tramadol

Hello all, SWIM ingested 100 mg's of Tramadol 5 hours earlier and would like to sleep now. Can Swim take 50 mg's of Diphenhydramine to help Swim sleep or could that be a bad combination? Swim will use search but any help or direction to a thread would help greatly, thanks.
