swim was wondering (but is too laZy to try) if you can smoke weed in vacuum method, like suck up the smoke with a tube vacuum thing from the air and then setting it on reverse or something. this is also assuming that the vacuum bag is air tight. would this be something to try?

Vacuum bags are designed to not be air tight. It's like a filter in bag form. Try again.

BUT...I know a guy who once knew a guy who built bongs using one of those industrial plungers, accordion style. He took the hit like this: Stretching the plunger out caused the bong and the plunger to fill with a massive amount of smoke, then taking the hit while depressing the plunger. Supposedly it was like getting a shotgun with a bong, where the smoker had complete control of the rate of flow. He also said that he saw the guy smoke an entire eighth in one hit.
