Drugs for Depression

Hi, SWIM suffers from depression and SWIYs is on an SSRI, although SWIM really need something that will help even more at times when SWIM is really depressed, just to get through the day.

SWIM has looked at tramadol, although he's found that it can have bad reactions with SSRI's. Can anyone give SWIM any more suggestions?
