Experiences - breaking through on hbwr extract

last night, joe (AFOAF) evaporated his remaining solution of a 100 hbwr extract and at around 6.00 pm he was left with a thin layer (wide evap dish) of yellow muck. he proceeded to scrape up the much and ended up with about 5 doses of what he thinks would have been 16 seeds each including loses during the extraction.

he then disolved one dose into alcohol and shot it down. there was nothing to report an hour later, no effects. he then waited another hour 8.00pm and still no effects. joe was pissed off he thought maybe all he extracted was the fats/oils and maybe the lsa was destroyed somehow, so he shot down another dose. still no effect by 10.00pm.

he had pretty much given up until 11.30 came he started to feel quite odd like nothing he has felt from hbwr before. and then by 12.00 he was in a full blown mind trip. joe broke through all the feeling of fear, hate, confusion and untrained thoughts he has had and found the centre of himself, beyond the layers of skin and untamed fears he feels that he broke through. it was such an amazing experience and his dreams included him and were so vivid that he actually thought it was happening, he solved all sorts of problems he has had and got intouch with people he hadnt seen for a long time.

this is NOTHING like a hbwr experience he has had before.

there is a question i wish to ask. does anyone know why it could have taken so long for the hbwr to take effect? there was no sickness, no vasoconstriction, but when the trip started he felt energised but at the same time could fall into a sleepy trance whenever he wished.
