Which of there are safer and work better

I'm in the uk.

So i have (legal) access to -cetams from the internet, choline precursors, i could likely get modafinil for my tiredness becuase of sleep aponea, Adderall or ritalin for my slight adhd symptoms (if they got a bit worse).

Which would the community here recomend from the -cetams for nootropic effects and which out of adderall, ritalin and modafinil would help me with studying?

And i have to say, this site has been a great resource while considering this.
