MDMA and Pharm. Amps

SWIM likes to rave. SWIM has rolled a good enough number of times to be considered experienced, and has been doing it every 1-2 weeks for about 6 months now.

SWIM also has a standing prescription for Vyvanse, and has been taking it for the past 3 months. In the past SWIM was prescribed Adderall and took that for more than a year. SWIM used to take 20mg Adderalls, but now takes 50mg Vyvanse and has abused Vyvanse up to 100mg at raves.

SWIM doesn't take Vyvanse regularly but once or twice a week, whenever they need to catch up in school and whatnot. SWIM would like to also take Vyvanse in doses exceeding 100mg.

So SWIM's question is this. What are the added or potential effects, both positive and negative, of taking Vyvanse and MDMA together? Should SWIM worry about the base of the XTC tablet? What about Adderall and MDMA, what then?
