Since the higher 'bioavailability' of taking something anally, from what I understand when taken orally because it's digested through the liver, SWIM would need to use an MAOI Inhibitor, if it's not being digested through the liver theoretically if shoved up the old arse it could be used without MAOI.

SWIM thinks it would be the best way to take it, SWIM would make a tea from DMT containing plants, then well you know the rest, it would be good not to have to snort yopo as SWIM says that it's apperently very harsh.
