Methadone and Blood Pressure Meds...

I just recently started on at a local methadone clinic... I like it so far, I am finally able to do the things i missed out on for so long because I was either busy looking to score, or broke from few day binge. I know it may not be the perfect solution but it is a 1,000 times better than my what my life was like previously.

Anyway, my doctor put me on lopressor (metoprolol) 50mg twice a day a few months ago but I lowered my dose to 50mg once a day split into two doses because I was afraid to mix this drug with methadone. I also did not ask my counselor or the doctor if it was ok to continue on this drug. I take it for high blood pressure.

Does anyone know if it is ok to mix these drugs?? I get dizzy sometimes and I think it may be because of this? Or maybe it is because I forget to take my lopressor alot and hardly ever have a stable level continously in my bloodstream?? Or maybe I just worry to much and the dizzyness is from the anxiety of me worrying about it??
