GHB/GBL and gynecomastia

I read on a bodybuilding forum that ghb and gbl's mode of action blocks dopamine, the neurotransmitter that regulates the release of prolactin. They said that it was possible to get man boobs from G because of this side effect! I told swim and now swim is fucking paranoid. He does not want this to happen to him and has become self conscious. Does anyone have any information on this? Swim is quitting gbl until he learns more.
