SWIM's Friend Got Caught. Need Advice ASAP

After years of lurking and posting SWIM comes humbled on behalf of a fellow toker.



A friend(actually not SWIM) of SWIM's had a lighter, matches and a
pen tube covered with the stench of bud in his car. Then his parents found this crap half and hour ago, left the house shortly.


Before they left, however, my friend told his parents that the stuff belonged to a friend at school and they're bent on finding out who it is when they return and his father especially is pissed and sounds like he'll tear people up to find out whose it is.


SWIM asks you and your years of toking experience how my friend can get out of this shit without screwing anyone over. Any ideas or plans?
