Re: anti-histamine for cannabis w/d

Cannabis withdrawl is incredibly mild compared to other drugs. Swim suggests going it alone and cold-turkey.

People become so intertwined with substance that they believe that they need medical and pharmaceutical help to get over the obsession of substance. this is often times (in swims opinion) why users return even after quitting.

By taking a substance to alleviate the absence of a substance one is admitting that they are powerless in their plight and the control is in the hands of a pill or organization. Swim suggests taking the power onto self and committing to the battle of ending a substance obsession. It is a harder and less pretty path, but the amount of self discovery and self empowerment that comes from fighting ones demons or problems mono-e-mono is what has kept swim off of his using of certain substances

hope this helps

swim knows this is true but isn't worried about that at the moment. he just wants to be able to sleep.
