natural endorphins when you CANT excersize

So - everyone keeps saying swim should get out for a run, get the natural endorphins flowing, ect.

Thats all good and well and fine, but swim has mobility issues.. so she cant run, she can barely WALK let alone run Truth be told, poor swim can't even stand for periods of more than 5-10 minutes at a time without severe spinal pain.

What can swim do to stimulate natural endorphins when she can't excersize? Does any SWIY have any good ideas?
