Pain Management & Insomnia
Hello - I'm new.
![]() Can someone tell me about Kava and pain management and insomnia? Dosage, etc.. TIA! |

For insomnia one would need a fair amount of kava over a relatively short amount of time. SWIM finds that kava has a kind of stimulating effect, especially after the first hour or so when the main effects are wearing off (usually around the time SWIM starts consuming more). Alternatively if one were to start drinking kava early into the evening until s/he went to bed, s/he would probably get some good sleep.
For pain management SWIM tells me to consume kava as needed. SWIM is especially fond of sublinguel usage. |
