In love with Subutex!

Hello to all,

I've been lurking this forum for a long while now but never had anything much interesting to say...

SWIM has been doing Heroin for about 5 months now, lately doing about 2-3 bags a day. He always kept 2 subutex pills he had bought from a dealer in a drawer, and since he run out of money and smack lately he decided to get out for good.

SWIM did the last bag yesterday afternoon and it has been about 30 hours since then. A few minutes ago the withdrawals were becoming unbearable; arms and feet highly unrest, sweating, discomfort and depression. SWIM then did 2mg of subutex (that's 1/4 of a 8mg pill) and 15 minutes later panicly did another 2mg. It kicked in about 20 minutes after that and SWIM feels like he has never touched drugs in his life. It's just so unbelievable how SWIM's whole mood changed from wanting to kill himself to laughing from joy of not being in agony any more.

Thanks to the creators of this truly wonderful pill. SWIM could only imagine what it would have been had he not had subutex and having to go cold turkey...

Also, a small question. SWIM has read other posts but wanted to know for his exact case... SWIM has only 2 pills of 8mg subutex each and has been doing heroin for only 5 months. Would those 2 pills be enough to jump to 0mg subutex after he tapers down those pills? (SWIM thinks going for 4mg daily to 2mg daily to 1mg daily to none..). SWIM hears some people go on subutex for years and some even become addicted to it, but since SWIM has only been doing H for 5 months he's hoping the w/ds won't last more than a week. Is SWIM right on that?

The length of w/d's varies from person to person.To taper on bupe virtually pain free swim would probably need a couple more pills.Bupe has a very long half life and actually works down as low as 0.02 mgs.

SWIY will want more than two of those subutex pills, the taper should be one or two weeks long really. Kratom helps at the end.

HahaAHaha of COURSE your in love with Subutex!! your dopesick as fuck and all the sudden your not and it pretty much feels like your on some good dope anyways and it lasts all day.
Actualy, you can taper off bupe with just ONE pill. Its been done many times by someone who DEFINATLY isnt me, and also be a few other people that are just simply, not me. Id agree id be Ideal to have at least 5 pills but it depends on the person, and if you take sub too long, you will wish you hadnt and the wd will get to you way heaveir than what your doing now.
that said most sub docs, if you arent like maintaining for life or something...
Get you up to 16 mg and get you comfortable for a few months and you stop feeling the high as much and just feel normal, then they Quickly drop you down to like 6 or 4 down to 2. thats when the really slower taper comes, if theyve got any sense.
with sub......2 pills will be fine. reason being you have to taper so slowly to remain comfortable its rediculous , and Youll be BLOWN away at how good a crumble of pill you can barely see its so small will work. 8th of a pill...16th of a pill.....just some dust....
Its generaly recomended that you need at least 2 mg to hold you to start off, and then Id start slowly decreasing till I got to .2 and then you have to drop. for some people its painless. for me its utter hell but thats because I got myself addicted to bupe so its a monster fo rme like mdone.
im actualy in ct wd right now and wow. i am SOOOO happy that I had the right mind to switch back over to hydros, and then darvs for about a week and then dropped. cause for me I just CANT kick sub. well fuck that Im sure I can but I havent yet had success in that matter.........
Im still sicker than fuck btu I feel like im starting to get better. a month into sub wd and I was still at "third days the worst day" my fucking ass

Hello again!

8 days since the last post now (and since SWIM took the first 4mg of subutex) and SWIM still feels great. A few hours ago SWIM sucked on the last 2mg, leaving only a few crumbles left from his two pills of subutex, so SWIM now wonders If he actually needs to buy more and if he should have tapered more conservative like suggested in this thread. Before taking the last 2mg, after a full 0mg day SWIM did feel some w/ds again which forced him to take the last dose. In any case, thank you very much for your responses and good words and I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

SWIM now is starting to wonder if there is something legal that SWIM can take for maintanance to substitute for SWIM's previous doc. The Euphoria isn't that important to SWIM, neither is the high of H, but SWIM still misses the 'energy' and willingness to do stuff when on H and wonders if he could find something legal to do just that (hopefully over the counter too).

Just remember you will have to detox off the subutex and it can be a bitch sometimes, usually 3 days being totally clean and your physical shit will be over if not a doctor can prescribe britlofex/clonidine to help with that if you need it hopefully you will be fine.

p.s a doctor can prescribe lots of drugs like heroin if you want to remain addicted.

after 5 months of heroin abuse, no more than 9 days of subutex-->temgesic should be needed. swim detoxed off 50 MG methadone in 11 days with temgesic and her dosing went like this..

day 1- cold turkey
day 2- cold turkey
day 3- cold turkey
day 4- quarter gram of heroin
day 5- 8 MG temgesic
day 6- 6 MG temgesic
day 7- 3 MG temgesic
day 8- 0.9 MG temgesic
day 9- 0.2 MG temgesic
day 10- naltrexone given in tiny dosings every couple of hours (under doctors supervision, and medicated in case withdrawals occurred).
day 11- full naltrexone tablet dosed, no withdrawal reactions aside from feeling cold and diarroeah the previous night.

temgesic= buprenorphine for those who read this and dont know.


subutex is a fucker to detox off completely as it has a long half life. methadone is easier to detox from, using subutex/temgesic in swims honest opinion. no one swim knows has managed to come off subutex maintenance.

mind you, swim only knows of five people who have detoxed successfully from methadone. two of those are now addicted to ice.
