SWIM can't really say what his MOST euphoric drug combination was but here r some combinations that would all fall in2 his most euphoric combos:

Poppy tea & tramadol

Poppy tea & hydrocodone

Poppy tea & oxycodone

Poppy tea, hydro & oxycodone


Low dose of shrooms (1-1.7 grams of strong shrooms) w/ oxycodone



& of course a lil cannabis

SWIM isn't really one for combinations, but coke and alcohol always did it for him. It gives him decent euphoria but without knocking him out of action so he can still enjoy the party.

Aren't there threads like this already?

SWIM's most euphoric combo's would have to be anything involving benzodiazepines, opiods, and either methamphetamine or cocaine, topped with cigarettes and cannabis of course.

Another great combo is MDMA/MDA, cannabis, nicotine, opiod near end of peak.

Swim knows combining drugs and discourages it. However Swim likes taking 2mg Klonopin, 2mg Xanax and a Oxycontin orally then add some Dilaudid ltr. Yet, this is very dangerous and Swim had high tolerance when he used to get high this way.

Mushrooms and DXM for SWIM finds it very euphoric. SWIM loves the body feeling of DXM while on shrooms as well as the confused thoughts that lead to very interesting questions about life.

omg, the best combination that SWIM has evar had is 1-2 pills of ecstacy, preferably cut with coke, if not substitute with a small amount. then about half an hour later add 1-2 good strong joints and SWIY is in for a world paranoid delsusions that will tickle SWIY pink.

another great combo that SWIM likes is to combine a moderate dose of DXM, in SWIMs case this is about 500mg, and add this to 1-2 pills of E. SWIM finds this very fun. (:

DXM + Ecstasy is a dangerous combo - swimmers doing this risk serotonin syndrome, serious heart problems, even death. DXM cannot be safely combined with neither stimulants, nor Esctasy pills. Don't do this.

SWIM enjoys a nice blend of Ritalin (Methylphenidate) and Adderall (Amphetamines)... This results in an interesting head change to say the least.

SWIM also loved the entheogenic experience produced by the combination of MDMA and Shrooms [:

swim will post back on here later about his most eupohoric combo..... but untill then, swim always smokes a cigarette after smoking pot... well about a week ago swim was layed back relaxed, smoked a blunt, and when he was smoking his cigarette.. it was a very strange euphoric feeling that almosted seemed to good to be true from weed and cigarettes.... swim says pretty weird

1) Heroin and cocaine IV cooked in 100 proof Vodka.
2) Heroin and MDMA (preferably molly)
3) Ritalin (snorted) and Xanax
4) LSD and MDMA
5) Marijuana and just about anything.

NOTE: Not necessarily listed in order of preference. SWIM no longer uses cocaine but the effects of combination # 1 still haunt him to this day.

SWIM felt the most euphoria he's probably ever felt off MDMA and marijuana
Followed by heroin and marijuana

and then MDMA and LSD and marijuana

any euphoric feeling he's had could technically be considered a "combination" because he smokes marijuana no matter what he's doing

well, except for lately. since SWIM developed a heroin habit, marijuana gives him horrible panic attacks that feel like certain death for a short period of time

Do you mean negative effects from doing the first combination, or what do you mean by "still haunts you to this day"?

SWIM Loves Benzo's and alcohol. Nothing like some Xanax/Klonopins and a six pack. Goes without saying there will be weed involved.

Also Ketamine and Weed is up there...

Once SWIM had the good fortune of having a steady connect to morphine. Blue 100's and some weed was priceless.

This would have to be one of SWIM's most 'psychedelic' combinations. Most 'euphoric' combinations for SWIM however always have an opioid somewhere in the equation.

My friend must agree that based on the Webster's definition of euphoria: a feeling of well-being or elation, they must suggest

"8 mg diamorphine, a 15 minute wait and then two or three lines of good cocaine and a cigarette"
