Question What does insuffulate eyeball a substance mean?

Saw this in a post about Oxytocin. Swim is very anxious person w/ agoraphobia so has been really interested in this treatment for such things.

Anyway, on a different thread they were talking about amount of Oxytocin to take and how to do it. Apparently nasal spray is best because it crosses the blood brain barrier, others say thats the ONLY way it works for mdma like effects except one guy who said he subsomething eyeballed it. What is that and would it too cross the bbb?

ideas, info please!

PS If swim tries tonight will post experience if interested.
