Ok. SWIM wants to use n2O but has no idea how to use it! i know, it comes in whipped cream, but how many time do i need to the whipped cream goes to the bottom of the can? or how many breaths with normal air do SWIMS needs to do? can SWIM could get asfixiated doing that? sorry if i sound stupid.. but SWIM needs help

Generally, people use nitrous canisters called "whippits," or sometimes they get big tanks full of them. Using pre-filled whipped cream containers is an expensive and ineffective route. If swiy chooses to use whippits, swiy has the option to either get a cracker and use it to empty the whippits into balloons, or swiy can buy a reusable whipped cream canister and fill it with only nitrous and breathe in the nitrous from there. Hypothetically if swiy were going to do this, in the u.s. the most accessible route for the average person is going to be boxes of the small metal nitrous chargers used for whipped cream and seltzer. They can be had various places and over the internet. Add a dispenser to the list and maybe some ballons and swiy is ready to go.

If swiy starts out slowly, like take a few deep breaths, then take in some nitrous, swiy will get the hang of it pretty fast. It might be best to be lying down or at least sitting for if swiy gets light headed swiy doesn't fall down.

Then swiy can progress to more and more nitrous and holding it in or rebreathing into the balloon. The chargers are just N2O without any oxygen so it would be possible to be asphyxiated from them. However in swim's experience he kind of blacks out before that would happen and starts just breathing normal air again.

Oh asphyxiation is certainly possible and has happened using say a mask and just a nitrous cylinder with no oxygen. But with the chargers where swiy have to actually breath it in seems like risk would be less.

Your local porno store and some head shops will carry N2O charges and sometimes even the canisters/cracker. N2O from a canister of whipped cream is a waste of money and seldom hits the spot. Wait until you can loate the real thing. You could try sitting down with the phone book and calling a few spots to ask if they carry them. Just remember to reffer to them as whipped cream chargers some shops wont sell them to you if you call them by anything else. Opperating the cracker isn't rocket science just watch out the gas is freezing cold. If one missfires LET IT GO. Dont inhale the escaping gas or let it get on your skin it is so cold it will burn you. You can hit the N2O directly from the nozzle but baloons will help you get more out of the gas.

Good points. Swim had to learn that the hard way trying to save the cartridges that 'misfired'. Then swim learned to do as swiy said, just get hand and body away from the thing. If one even seems like is misfiring just discharge it and use a new cartridge. It is much cheaper than getting frostbite (which can also be hard to explain also, how swiy got frostbite or a cryogenic burn on the mouth or hands in the middle of summer )
