Opinions - Melted to syrup on top of a lamp?

SWIM picked up 5g (actually 0.8/g) for a few people tonight and for a change got the guy to drive the 15miles to drop it off to SWIMs local town.

Took one wrap and chopped it, crushed it with the back of a spoon on top of an 8" x 8" mirror as usual and stuck it on top of a lamp to make sure it was dry before final crushing and chopping.

Came back from the bathroom after 5 minutes to see what looked like melted sugar - it was a syrup of sorts. Quickly railed as much of the apparently dry poweder away from the syrup and quickly took it well away from any heat.

Phoned the dealer to ask if it had been cut with any crap that would do this and was told "that doesnt need acetone washing or drying out it should be dry" (to be fair it was dry but always make sure its totally dry before railing as you get decent powder.

So far it seems ok after a lot of scraping and chopping - took a while of cutting at what was almost a waxy substance.

Tastes ok so far, definitely not touching the other 4. Any ideas what the hell might have been cut with it that would do this?

Dealer is pretty reliable - certainly the most reliable option that SWIM has for the moment but until i am sober tomorrow and look at the rest this has put SWIM back a few notches until i can be totally comfortable again.

What does SWIY think?

the only time swim has seen something similar was cocaine "cut" with amphetamine base, or rather the typical orange putty sprinkled with cocaine.. of course effects where nothing like cocaine.
or something else

but please, try to avoid cocaine cut identification threads as they really lead nowhere constructive. it could be anything, really...
get it tested if swiyou really wants to know or focus on purifications methods
