Dose - another codeine question..

IT's SWIMS first time on codeine on the weekend, he is in possession of 32 Nurofen Plus pills, and wants to make 2 batches of 16 tablets in each, for him and a friend.
Is 16 a decent starting dose, consdiering both have no opiate tolerance whatsoever, what feelings would they get?
Also if SWIM wanted to drink 6/8 beers and then do the codeine at the end of the night would that be very dangerous? He is contemplating maybe drinking early and only to get a bit tipsy and then smoking a bit of weed to relax with the codeine.

And lastly, the question that's asked over and over but swim just wans to make sure he's doing it properly for the pills he has and e.t.c, but how can he go about the most simple method of extraction with nurofen plus.
