CWE on Tramacet tablets? Tramadol+APAP

Hi,
SWIM couldn't take the pain anymore and decided to fill his Tramacet tablets which contains 37.5mg of Tramadol and 325mg of Acetaminophen.
SWIM knows he can CWE pretty much everything but he was wondering about Tramadol's solubility in water...
