Valerian for opiate induced insomnia
Well, lack of opiates i should say.
My mom picked me up some valerian root from the store today. I was wondering, what would be a good dose to knock me out when i cant sleep? Sometimes swim cant sleep cause of lack of opiates. Also, i was reading some experience reports on erowid, does valerian root really mess you up if taken in excess?
