any permanant cognitive problems?

since september/october swim used lorazepam maybe 8 times. 1 time in early september (2 mg), then about 3 times in early october (1-1.5 mg) then again in early december (.5)

swim used again at a low dose near the end of december, then he was dry until last week. 2 thursdays ago he used 1.5, then the tuesday after that he used .5.

now it's been 6 days since that and today swim took .5 mg.

swim is getting fearful of the cognitive issues associated with benzodiazepine use and based on what swim has explained should he worry about any cognitive issues?
