Is there a minimum for arrest.
My friend and I got arrested for possession, but only had two grams. My other friend did some research while I was in jail and supposedly a "peace" officer cannot take you to jail for less than an ounce. Now I have no references for this, so I ask you the wonderful swims and swimettes of this forum, is there such a loophole? Also if a cop does not have the dash camera on while he is searching your vehicle does that make everything found null and void?
My friend left his bubbler in the cup holder which allowed the cop entrance to my car, but if his camera wasn't on is it legit? btw, good to be back.
