Effects - I got a rash from a Morphine injection, which is a first, help?

So i am a seasoned Injector, today swim got a 100mg eslon. I came home, i realized i didn't have any filters, so i grabbed a used ciggarette but, broke it up and then washed it with soap and water, which i have done before and had no ill results. I ploped it into my spoon, and sucked up the morphine, now im pretty sure it had cooled down, but as i pushed down on the plunger, it felt as if the shot was too hot, so i slowed down, cause i know what a warm shot feels like. Im pretty sure i wasnt missing the vein, anyway, and HAND SIZE area around my site, got RED and the skin swelled up, and it felt hot, i got NO pins and needles, although im pretty sure i didnt miss. The Rash has now almost dissapeard, and my arm is almost back to normal.

What the hell happened? Ive shot Morphine for almost 5 years, and this has never happened. The only thing that comes close is when my face swells up and i look like a old man, and my face gets red. This only happens if i do OVER 100mgs. Which is my standard dose when i use.

Was it the Morphine?
Was it the filiter?

Another Quick Question, is a few years ago i did 2 60's and went BLIND for a half an hour, which ended with violent puking. Obviously i was pushing the wrong boundries. Has anyone else had this happen?
