Health - Marijuana withdrawals - do they exist..

What do you Swimmers think ? Is there such a thing as weed withdrawals ?

Swim did search on google and found many folks who believe that there is a withdrawal just not severe as some harder drugs like heroin, cocaine, meth etc.

What swim found online is most people who are HEAVY smokers and quit, a day or two they start to have anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, vivid scary nightmares, palpitations etc... depends on the person but these symptoms can last for days, weeks , months or even more..

Is this some BS that people say or it's true...
