Help--MDPV, concern about heart rate

Question posted for a friend's pet:

Quote:
Well basically pet's hearts been up at 150bmp for about an hour now and he feels really uneasy. Felt faint eariler. Did 10mg in totoal, 5mg and then 5mg two hours later. Pet is calming down a bit now, thinks that xanax has helped but still feels really on edge and was comtemplating a visit to hostpital.

Should be okay, he's sure he's just working himself up into a state about having a heart attack. But even though he knows this is only panic its still not going anywhere. But any advise would be nice.

Re: Help--MDPV, concern about heart rate

Well SWIM feels that if said individual considers that they are experiencing a health crisis, they should seek medical attention. MDPV's effects are short in duration so it should not last long, but tachycardia can turn into worse things so SWIM cannot recommend anything except a doctor's visit. SWIM's worst tachycardia on this substance was when combined with cannabis and kratom, but for SWIM this was 130-140 and it didn't last very long. SWIM blames the weed mostly.
SWIM found tachycardias from hallucinogens and stimulants responsive to a 25 - 50 mg dose of atenolol, something every stimulant abuser should have on hand. However beta blockers are dangerous in combination with other drugs and in asthmatics along with other medical conditions, so SWIM cannot recommend SWIM's degenerate drug taking antics to anyone else.
Just disregard all of the above as a general disclaimer.
