UK - Synthetic cannabinoids legality

Evening folks, SWIM's heard a lot of talk about the current legality, proposed bannings and who knows what else about these chems, and is just looking for a more solid answer.

Does anyone know of the UK legality of the following chems;
JWH-018
JWH-073
JWH-133
JWH-200
CP 47,497
CP 55,940
HU-210
WIN 55,212-2

SWIM knows that most (if not all) of these are currently legal in the UK, but he is more interested in the future legality.
So say all of the JWH chems will be blanket banned quite soon, any info on this?
He's heard similer things said about the CP's, both due to certian analogues of them being found in Spice recently.
As far as he knows HU-210 is legal in the UK, but not in the US? Any sign of future banning?
He knows very little about the WIN series, but again, any info on future legality would be much appreciated

Also, are any of these chemicals able to be sold for human consumption (SWIM highly doubts it, but just thought he'd ask)
