How many hours should SWIM drink grapefruit juice before a codeine fix ??

SWIM, by reading the forum, understands she should drink many hours before to drink her codeine solution.
But how many hours ? 1 or 2 hours is just enough to the beautiful enzyme runs in her blood ?
