Choline doses?
Choline comes in different forms.
Does anybody of you swimmers know (or can help swim to find) the right doses for choline? And if it is the same taken all once a day or divided in 2-3 daily doses. If yes swim would like to have the source of the informations. He takes piracetam (~3 grams par day) also. He has choline citrate. He thanks in advance. voxvox added 7 Minutes and 16 Seconds later... OMG it smells like fish!! revolting.... voxvox added 13 Minutes and 32 Seconds later... It also jumps out from the container on its own!! Wtf.... Is this normal???
