Why do eyes dilate while on certain drugs?

Ive been wondering this ever since i first tried BZP+TFMPP

Never really tried anything serious/better, other than weed, alchohol, tobacco, some OTC's and other herbal crap.

So my question is,
What drugs (specifically) cause the eyes to dilate? and WHY?

ok I either posted this in the wrong section, or nobody knows? ( or cares? )
