quick recipe for the poor fellow

hi there,
after figuring out that my lungs are totally out of their capacity and maybe i should not smoke so much, i turned to new ways of experience, namely, ingesting.
now i've looked around quite a lot (some other sites too) but all recipes require at least more than a quarter (and thats the low-end) of weed. i saw one peanutbutter+cracker+weed combo in an oven (320 F) for 22 min recipe, tried it out (the amount of pot would have gotten me really high, about 3 bowls) got a little buzz but i'm looking for a more persistent and intense experience.
so my 2 questions are:
temperature obviously does effect lipid absorption but does the time affect it too? for example would i have gotten higher if i kept the cracker in the oven for a longer/shorter time?
also;
any tried recipes for the unfortunate who can only spend to buy a quarter max in 7-8 days? the canabutter method seems too much of a chore to me because i don't have a filter etc.

thanks! have a good one.
