Drug Test - (Urine)

Is it true what I read that if someone has a Urinary Tract Infection when a urine test is given that it could cause a false positive for amphetemines?
If SWIM's test were to come back positive for amphetemines what could SWIM say they did that could have caused it? Swim thinks he/she read Nyquil will, is that true and is there anything else? It's really important that swim knows in case swim's test shows positive so that it can be blameed on something else.
