Side effects - london doves made me go crazy!

took them once and had a great time. second time like a year later i took them again. this time i smoked a few joints on the upcoming and had a couple of beers.after around 5 minutes of smoking the joints my heart started to go faster. i felt extremely frustrated and agitated and i was sweating lots. my friends were all chattin away and just the sound of them drove me even more crazy . it was hell. any noise would almos hurt my brain in a way. it is very hard to describe and was just wandering if anyone had any thoughts on what could of caused it . it got alot better tho when i went outside weirdly and started to beale to relax again .
