Snorting - Good idea, or stupid question?

Regarding the harshness of powder salts when innsufulated (ie 2CE, 2CB) would one be able to cut baking soda into the powder to making it not as harsh on the nasal passage, although notably increasing the volume?

ive heard successful stoires of people adding benzocaine or lindocaine to relieve the pain.

let swim start by saying that 2c-x's are not as good insuffilated as they are orally or rectally.

lidocaine or other nasal local anesthetics will numb the pain but have interactions with medications and could possibly interact with the 2c. cutting it with baking soda may make the 2c-x harder to absorbe and could be wasted in the drip before absorbed.

2c's are very active orally and rectally and in swims experiences the best way to ingest them.

Nasally has different properties to the high; shorter come-up resulting in nausea, less visual activity and a shortened duration. and also it was brought to swims attention by a former DF member (still miss the crazed man in a way...) that 2c's when smoked or vaporized may be converted into possible carcinogens.

Thanks for the tips, but swim is seeking a shortened duration with more intense peak, so he will likely go the nasal route anyway. Chances are he will end up making a nasal spray out of the one dose and consume its entirety within 30 mins or less. He'll post back with results if anything noteworthy happens.

swim would suggest freebasing then vaporising, although is unclear how the 2c molecule would handle this

As stated earlier in this thread, 2c-x drugs may be converted to carcinogens when smoked. This is dangerous advice.

Well SWIM personally likes to snort up the 2c family just because it hits you more faster and more intense then taking it orally, the pain only last for 10 minutes at the most and the only down fall is that when SWIM does 2c she throws up but its not that bad because its like you puke rainbows =]
